This works really well. I put it on a pain area and within 15 minutes the pain was gone. And was gone for hours. I love the heat part of it. Very adaptable. You can leave it on the stand or you can take it off and lay on it or put it on a pain area. Highly recommend. Really happy with all my purchase!
